Welcome to SkyBay Parking. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking system, and services. By booking with SkyBay Parking, you agree to the following:
1. Our Role
SkyBay Parking operates as a booking agent. We connect you with third-party airport parking providers (“Parking Providers”) and facilitate reservations. The contract for parking services exists between you and the Parking Provider.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.
- Please review all details at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information, including flight times, vehicle registration, and contact details.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via debit/credit card.
- Promotional codes or discounts must be applied before payment—no retrospective adjustments.
4. Amendments
- You may request amendments (e.g., vehicle details, flight number) up to 72 hours before your arrival.
- All amendments are subject to availability and approval by the Parking Provider.
- An administrative fee may apply.
5. Cancellations
- For our full cancellation policy, please refer to the Cancellation Policy page.
- In summary:
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice before arrival are eligible for a refund minus a small admin fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless Cancellation Cover was purchased.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 working days from confirmation of cancellation.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- No refunds for missed flights, late arrivals, or unused days once parking has started.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Arrive on time based on your booking.
- Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and legally compliant.
- Keep a copy of your booking confirmation and ID when handing over your vehicle
8. Liability
- SkyBay is not responsible for the delivery of the parking service; all liability lies with the Parking Provider.
- We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties
- Loss or damage not directly caused by our negligence
- Business or indirect losses (e.g., missed flights)
9. Complaints
All complaints regarding service delivery should be directed to the Parking Provider in the first instance. If unresolved, SkyBay can assist in escalating your complaint.
10. Force Majeure
SkyBay and Parking Providers shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions).
11. Data Protection
We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site and services after changes are posted implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
