At SkyBay Parking, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while also accounting for operational commitments with our parking providers.

1. Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time are eligible for a refund, minus a 5.00 administrative fee
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled drop-off time are non-refundable, unless Cancellation Cover was purchased at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Cover (Optional Add-On)

If you purchased Cancellation Cover, you can cancel your booking up to 4 hours before your drop-off time and receive a full refund, including SkyBay's service fee.

  • Must be selected and paid for at the time of booking.
  • Is non-refundable once purchased, even if unused

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up at the scheduled drop-off time without prior notice is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. How to Cancel

Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive written acknowledgment from SkyBay Parking.

5. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days to the original payment method, subject to applicable admin fees or non-refundable add-ons.

6. Third-Party Providers

Some parking providers may have stricter cancellation rules. If so, these will be displayed during booking and override our standard terms.

7. Changes vs. Cancellations

If you prefer to reschedule or amend your booking (e.g., vehicle reg, flight time), refer to our Amendment Policy or contact support.
