At SkyBay Parking, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request and receive a refund for your booking.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. A small £5.00 admin fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You purchased Cancellation Cover and cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled drop-off time.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We are transparent about situations where refunds are not available:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the drop-off time without Cancellation Cover.
  • Failure to arrive at the car park without any notice (no-show).
  • Cancellation requests that are not confirmed by our team.
  • Unused services due to customer decision after the service has started.
  • Cancellation Cover is non-refundable once purchased.

However, we always encourage you to contact us if exceptional circumstances apply — we aim to be understanding and helpful where possible.

3. Partial Refunds

You may receive a partial refund if:

  • The Parking Provider fails to deliver the full service as described.
  • You return earlier than planned and the provider agrees to issue a partial refund.

SkyBay Parking will support communication with the provider to facilitate a fair outcome.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 working days.
  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.

3. Confirmation of Receipt

You’ll receive confirmation of your request within 2 working days.

4. Review Process

Our team will carefully review your request based on:

  • This Refund Policy
  • Provider terms
  • Any supporting information provided

5. Final Decision

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days.
  • If denied, we'll explain why — and you can request escalation for a second internal review.

6. Disputes & Escalation

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you can escalate the issue to our support team. We aim to resolve all refund-related issues within 5 working days of escalation.
