At SkyBay Parking, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request and receive a refund for your booking.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. A small £5.00 admin fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- You purchased Cancellation Cover and cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled drop-off time.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We are transparent about situations where refunds are not available:
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the drop-off time without Cancellation Cover.
- Failure to arrive at the car park without any notice (no-show).
- Cancellation requests that are not confirmed by our team.
- Unused services due to customer decision after the service has started.
- Cancellation Cover is non-refundable once purchased.
However, we always encourage you to contact us if exceptional circumstances apply — we aim to be understanding and helpful where possible.
3. Partial Refunds
You may receive a partial refund if:
- The Parking Provider fails to deliver the full service as described.
- You return earlier than planned and the provider agrees to issue a partial refund.
SkyBay Parking will support communication with the provider to facilitate a fair outcome.
4. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 working days.
- Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
5. Refund Request Procedure
1. Submit a Request
Contact us via:
- Email: support@skybayparking.com
- Online: Log in to your SkyBay account and select your booking to submit a refund request.
2. Include Required Information
- Full name used for the booking
- Booking Reference Number
- Contact email and phone number
- Scheduled drop-off date and time
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation
3. Confirmation of Receipt
You’ll receive confirmation of your request within 2 working days.
4. Review Process
Our team will carefully review your request based on:
- This Refund Policy
- Provider terms
- Any supporting information provided
5. Final Decision
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days.
- If denied, we'll explain why — and you can request escalation for a second internal review.
6. Disputes & Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you can escalate the issue to our support team. We aim to resolve all refund-related issues within 5 working days of escalation.
